1. Practice Tests

We actually provide 3 different practice tests.  A 50-Question option, a 100-Question Option and the 300-Question megatest.  Students have access to all three.  We use a hosted test platform to administer the tests.  Right now there are 3 different links - one for each exam - but all students get the same links. Users will be prompted to create an id and password so they can save their practice tests and return later.

If a student takes the Scrum Alliance CSM exam within 3 business days of completing their class, if they don’t pass the exam on their first attempt we’ll provide them with 1-on-1 exam tutoring until they pass.  We ask them to send us a copy of their exam results page including the list of questions they got wrong.  To kick off 1-on-1 exam tutoring students would email training@thinklouder.com and include their exam results page (a pdf export or a page screenshot are acceptable).

This is a study guide intended to summarize the material covered in the certification exam as well as provide some exam tips to help students prepare.

A typical CSM registration includes only 1 retake for the CSM exam.  We are including up to 5 if needed.  ThinkLouder will reimburse up-to 4 additional retakes. These retakes are non-transferable and can only be applied to the specific student registered for the class. If the student fails the exam on the second attempt they should email training@thinklouder.com to arrange the additional exam retakes.
(We haven’t figured out the specific mechanics yet but it will likely be a virtual VISA card that we will create for retest and then share the info with the student.)

After completing the class, students will be invited to join the Alumni community site.  Currently this is a Slack Workspace but we are in the process of piloting a new platform and will likely will be migrating all community members soon.

Students who successfully complete the CSM class will be eligible to receive savings on future classes - specifically the Certified Product Owner class, Advanced Certified ScrumMaster class as well the ICAgile Certifications.
